Important Warranty Information
- A valid, completed Guarantee Card and the original purchase receipt must be presented with any defective mattress.
- The company will cover only the cost of repairing or replacing a defective mattress. Transportation or delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, mishandling, improper use, or use with an unsuitable base.
- Fabric and comfort layer wear are not covered once the warranty period has ended.
- Customers may replace comfort layers at their own expense during the warranty period.
- The company’s liability is limited strictly to the cost of the defective product. It will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
- The company’s decision regarding the nature of any defect and warranty eligibility will be final.
- No warranty is provided on fabric. Such issues are considered only in accordance with the overall mattress condition.
- No other conditions, assurances, or liabilities are included beyond those stated here.
- Any legal claims related to the warranty will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut.
